Convenient and close to stores and restaurants but room was very dirty and noisy

Very disappointing

The property was clean, accessible to the outlets, restaurants, gas stations, etc. You must visit the German town of Frankenmuth. Its abt 15 minutes away from the hotel. I fell in love with it. Theres a few highlights there, such as The Christmas store and a fudge shop amongst other eateries. We ate at Flavors. An Caribbean Jamaican restaurant. The food was 10/10

I bought my own cleaning supplies. So I can it it over myself. Floors ,bathroom fridge. My bath room flooded 2 times from upstairs apt. I got to the hotel afer work, and water on the floor. Was so inconvenient after working 13 hours of night shift. They move me into anther room, that room was so filthy that I was on knees cleaning a whole day on my day off so I can be comfortable. I really deserve a refund back. Most unpleasant hotel stay, I have ever experienced. I wish I had taken pictures of the wet mops I used. My husband told me later. That I should have taken pictures. That is why I canceled the rest of reservations. I left a day earlier. Hdw.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. There were a lot of cockroaches and flies in the bathroom, the refrigerator was not working, and the entire room had a very unpleasant smell. We checked in around midnight, so we stayed the night despite these issues. It was extremely uncomfortable and not the experience we expected. I was in a hurry the next morning and could not bring these concerns to the staff’s attention before leaving. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleanliness and maintenance. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
