A Victory Hotel & Suites
The room was dirty. Dust, hair, crumbs along the walls. Sheets had holes in them. Smelled like an ashtray. Surfaces were smudged with film. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this before. The front reception person was great.

The Kingsley Bloomfield Hills - a DoubleTree by Hilton
Check-in was fast, even with a line. The restaurant had great breakfast options and was super fresh. The bar was an added bonus, cute with great drinks! ALL staff was super pleasant - absolutely above and beyond. I will definitely return!
