NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS!!! We were not expecting there to be no air. Several of the windows opened but there weren’t any screens on them, so we did have several beetle like bugs in there. And we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open all night. The bathrooms very very out-dated, but clean. The online photos were misrepresented of what the property looked like. We did have an issue with another guest being really loud, I called the office and they took care of it. This was in part though that we all had to have the windows opened

Excellent location - can walk everywhere.

I accidently doubled booked a room. So upon arrival I had 2 rooms when I only needed 1. Expedia was willing to refund but the management WAS NOT ALOWING REFUND FOR A MISTAKE!!! There was still vacancy but there were also plenty of guests so they were not desperate! It is summer so there are many plans! Mistakes happen so this one costs me $450!!!!! And the ice machine was broken. Do I get money back for that? NO. PLUS at 11:09 got a call that check out is at 11am, and we were packing up! You cannot clean every room by noon! So will not be staying there again since i just spent $900 for two nights to saty in a room that should only cost $180 a night to begin with!!!! MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK AT THINGS IN DIFFERENT LIGHT!

Breakfast was ridiculous. It would have been better to have nothing than the food that was provided.

It was a good place to crash.

The location is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was old and worn out and the toliet needed to be repaired. I had dogs with us and did want to call in maintenance. I believe perhaps our room was maybe for pets and not as updated as other since our friends had an updated room. I would not recommend staying in room 1. The breakfast and bar area was fabulous and we were treated very well by the staff.

Comfortable! TV is awesome with a wide range of programs to view for free!
