The hotel looks great in the pictures, with a spacious room and a kitchen, but our room smelled bad and was badly in need of an update.

Wonderful place to stay.

Bathroom smelled like urine, the shower and tub were dirty and covered in hair, and didn’t drain properly leaving standing water. The AC unit smelled when it was running, the sheets were stained and there was food all over the walls and ceiling. I wouldn’t stay here again. At least there was no signs of bed bugs.

When I checked in I was given a ticket for 2 free drinks and snacks, but what wasn’t communicated was that it was only good for a certain time. I went to the bar to get a drink and was told that it was only good from 5:30-7pm. That is something that should be communicated when the ticket is given or it should state that on the ticket. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Clean, comfortable loft apartment, walking distance to downtown, easy check in/check out.

Room tidy but never cleaned as dust was everywhere. Bathroom towels in cabinet were just leftovers from previous guests and also dusty. Floors need to be vacuumed and bathroom tile a scrub down.
