Pillows had hair on them Wet brown stains by toilet Heater didn’t work in room Room was next to ice machine and exit door so it was loud all hours of the night Batteries in tv remote were dead Staff and manager was lovely but definitely a disappointing experience from a Hyatt property

Breakfast was buffet, hot, and plentiful. One of those cool coffee machines with all the flavors as well! Good stay and very close to I-385, restaurants, and shopping;10 minutes to downtown.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville Woodruff Rd.
Room was showing age, but was clean . Bed was a little hard. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast guy was nice but a little distracted because of multitasking. Can’t beat the location or beautiful balcony views.
