Jacksontown Vacation Packages

Overall, check-in was easy with great multi-channel communication, but receiving piecemeal details across multiple messages made information hard to find; a single centralized guide would be much better. The property had notable deferred maintenance, including warped cabinets and floors, a loose faucet, poor shower caulking, and missing kitchen tile. While generally tidy, we found visible dust bunnies, hair in the bathroom, and dingy rugs. Soundproofing was also minimal, letting us clearly hear neighbors and causing discomfort.

This place is a BLAST! We ended up extending our visit, abdominal so glad we did! Tilly had energy to spare and was a wealth of knowledge and even gave us a tour of the brewery. Carolyn made sure we were satisfied with our room and helped us navigate our room. Haley made sure to take awesome care of us and you could tell she had her teams back! Jose in the bar made sure we had the best service and experience. I usually don't get names when traveling, but this group took the time and effort to give us personalized attention they more than deserve the same respect! This hotel itself is great by itself with very clean rooms, interactive grounds, board games, pinball machines, outside firepits, food and drinks on site; the staff are absolutely top notch!

The property was well maintained, the rooms were of nice size, the beds were clean. The bathroom was very nice, hot water, abundant, appreciated the Dove lotions. Overall, a very enjoyable trip.

Very nice stay and close to quarter horse Congress

The Ohioan Event

The rooms need to be painted. We didn’t have hot water while there except one day in the middle of the trip. I’ve stayed here several times because it’s dog friendly but the water thing is the third time I’ve had to deal with it at this hotel. I will stay somewhere else next time
