Very cute place, great location

The hotel is under construction, and I had to wait until 4:30 p.m. to check in because the rooms weren’t ready. The staff seemed very stressed out. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was basically water. There was no warm water in the shower. I’ve stayed here many times, and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, things have changed, and now it’s a mess.

There's no one on the property for maintenance... I had to go buy my own plumber as the kiosk was down and no one at the property... that wasn't the only thing a the room wasn't cleaned and there was dirt and dust... the halls smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana... the wallpaper was ripped off and looked like the projects instead of a hotel... I will not be staying here again

The rooms were filthy staff was rude and unhelpful business not friendly and I need to speak to the franchise owners of super 8 hotel. I am having the town of Liverpool come in and inspect the place and hopefully you get shut you are terrible and not pleasant to deal with. Your business is really hurting. Please reach out to me. Thank you

Disgusting room in every way. Absolutely do not recommend.
