Bathroom was terrible , broken curtain rod hanging made it impossible to shower . fan in bathroom not working , only one outlet in bathroom worked . Room smelled awful , had to burn a candle to get the smell out . Hallways smelled musty and gross. Dirty kleenex left in chair in the room , For a $176.00 a night it was terrible . Will never book again.

Rooms are clean. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We’ve decided this is our stopping point when traveling northeast to visit family.

Staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Room was poorly maintained

Our room was very clean and cooled upon arrival. The front desk staff Jeremiah and manager Alisha were exceptional with every we asked for (extra pool towels etc). You will be very happy with staying here.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, They accommodated us in every way possible. The facility was not up to what I would expect from Hilton. Only one elevator was operational for both staff and guests in this 4 floor building, And there was no stairway option. We understand the second elevator has been out of order for quite a while.
