When I checked in the man charged an extra $100, claimed it was some type of accomodation incidental & if there was none then the $100 will return back to my credit card. I asked for a receipt, buy denied. The man said Id receive a receipt when I check out. When I checked out, the man did NOT give me a receipt. I demand a receipt & will take this up with a complaint to CEO/Complaints department. Every customer has a right to a receipt. When I checked in the man didnt tell me how the valet parking works, meaning Id be charged a $15 fee should I need my vehicle. Plus I asked how far is the Reno Ballroom as Im here for the Wynonna Judd concert. The man said he didnt know. OMG, the Concert was across the street. So I returned my Vehicle to valet & walked across the street. The man at "check-in" should have known about the concert. The AC was not working good. Stayed warm all night & into the morning. There was so much noise from outside air condition I couldnt sleep well at all. Head ache all night from the noise. Dead bugs on bathroom floor. I did NOT have a good experience with lodging at El Dorado, Reno, NV. Believe me Ill be watching my credit card account for the return of $100. Id like to resolve this complaint at higher level management or complaint department.

Fun time

The motel rooms were extremely small and had no air conditioning. They became unbearably hot, and we actually had to sleep with the door open just to get some airflow. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Excellent room for the night in a great location close to everything
