The property restoration was beautifully executed. High quality design, and finishes. Unfortunately the staff was amateurish, not that helpful. The front doors, and outside of the hotel were very dirty, including the windows, facade and sidewalk. Not the best first impression certainly of what a jewel box is inside.

Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Quick overnight stay to watch a game or have something going on in Cleveland okay this is a good spot. It is close to all the ballparks, Rock n Roll HOF and downtown. They clean rooms on Sunday not a lot of amenities, parking is so so and they are doing construction near this hotel. Another advantage is you can walk to downtown or to the ballparks easily. Just wouldn’t stay more than a night or two at the most.

Missing tv remote. It was replaced. Mattress very saggy. Not comfortable at all.

i really enjoy staying at this hotel, especially if I have an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, as the hotel has access to the skywalk. The rooms are always well maintained and comfortable. Room service staff very courteous.
