Kinsman Vacation Packages

The Hampton Inn is very nice, most employees were excellent. The woman working the evening shift was not at all helpful when we made calls to advise we had no towels. Not upset about no towels, it happens, but the woman at the desk did not get us towels after 2 calls. After one and a half hours we had to go down to get them. The gentleman at the desk was nice and immediately got us towels. Apparently the woman left at 11pm, change of shift, not only did she not take care of us , she didn’t even let the young man know we were waiting for towels. This is not a ding against the hotel but against her.

Pool and hot tub - out of order. Carpet - full of stains.

Everything was old, and the bed had insects.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean too. The beds are very comfortable. However, the room smelled like if it was in the smoking area and it wasn’t. The smell was between old and cigarettes. The air that comes from the AC unit smells like that. Probably is the AC unit that needs replacing. For the price per night the hotel needs an update. The bathtub needs an update. The elevator doesn’t show the floor number you are going to. It was an ok stay for a night where you won’t stay for long.
