They had a virtual receptionist from out of the country for the front desk. Awful. The guest room lights are on sensors and turn off in the bathroom when you’re in the middle of taking a shower. Awful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Ft Myers. We were very busy so didn't get a chance to use most of the amenities. The breakfast had a good variety. We would definitely stay there again.

I found pubic hair all over the bathroom on arrival. Shower had only been rinsed out, still had soap and hair in and on the shower walls and floor. The rest of the room was surface clean.
