We ordered a room with golf course view, and at first we didn't get it. After complaining we got a room with a view. However, the room smelled bad. After complaining, somebody came and cleaned diapers, candy wrapper, and other garbage from under the bed.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff!! I will be back to stay!

Nobody was there to check me in

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, it was very hard to find the location because there is construction outside. When I finally found the place, there was one person at the desk who was extremely rude and condescending. She made fun of the way I spoke (mimicked me). I was in shock. I had already prepaid for the hotel so I didn't know what to do. I figured I would let it go since it's one night. I asked about parking - she said can't give me parking until I checked in. So I checked in and then after I paid for parking - she said she didn't have anymore key cards to the parking garage. She told me that every time I would need to go in or out of the garage I would need to come into the hotel and tell them and they would meet me at the garage (!) I asked politely how does this work if there's only one person at the desk. and where do I park to call you to help me with the garage (since there's no parking - only construction - outside the hotel). That set her off in an angry tirade. I was afraid for my safety at this hotel with this person in charge. I called my friend that I was meeting - she came over a few minutes later and I told her what happened. We checked the room - which had an intense chemical odor - can't breath. She refused to let me talk to a manager and refused to refund. It was such a twilight zone experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID PLACE.

Staff was amazingly helpful! Great location and ammenities. Would definitely stay again!

I am rating this hotel a 2/5 stars for several reasons. Starting with the rudeness/ lack of availability of the staff. The woman who checked me in was not welcoming, rather rushed the process. She spoke very fast to the point I could barely understand her, she was not friendly and seemed bothered to be assisting me. When the process was complete she simply pointed to the right without giving a detailed description of how to get to my room. This would have been helpful as it was quite difficult to navigate the halls. A very polite custodian saw us looking lost and was very kind to assist. Later during the trip I wanted to purchase an item from the lobby market, but no one was there. I thought about paying at the check in desk, but there was about 7 parties in line with only 2 people working the desk. The room itself was underwhelming. The bathroom lacked counter space and the showerhead leaked up toward the ceiling. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear the family next door and all of the guests slamming their doors. The patio was small and extremely dirty as there was a mysterious puddle right outside the sliding door. We tried to look for the indoor pool during our stay, but was quickly discouraged. Our room was in building 1, the pool was all the way across the grounds in building 4. Overall I was very unimpressed and displeased with my stay at this hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again,
