I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Quality Inn in Rhinelander. The property appears to be in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The first thing I noticed was the condition of the parking lot and driveways. They are in very poor condition, with numerous cracks and deteriorating pavement that make a bad first impression. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bathroom had fingerprint smudges on multiple surfaces, which immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my arrival. Another issue was the lighting. The hallways were extremely dark, and because there is no elevator, guests have to use the stairwells. The poor lighting made going up and down the stairs feel less safe than it should have been, especially when carrying luggage. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced. The hot breakfast items tasted stale and were not appetizing at all. A complimentary breakfast is appreciated, but it should at least be fresh and enjoyable. Overall, this property did not meet the standard I expect from a Quality Inn. With significant improvements to maintenance, cleanliness, lighting, and the breakfast quality, it could provide a much better guest experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not choose to stay here again.

Great for a few nights with family in Minocqua. Was a little loud above us 1 night, staff was great! Especially JD who works her magic at the continental breakfast! She was so kind to our daughters, she deserves an award!

Nice little hotel cheap. But was once a smoked filled building. Could still smell smoke in no smoking room. Very clean besides the smoke smell.
