The property is conveniently located in central IB. And while other rooms looked like they would be comfortable our room was located across from where the garbage is dumped and the washer and dryer. I messaged the property manager right away and sent photos of the overflowing garbage. I asked to be moved to another room. They said that was not possible. They did say they would give me a 10% refund on my stay. They never honored this. This level of garbage certainly attracts rats. Who wants this right outside their door? I gave them feedback that this particular room should not be rented out as a guest room because of the garbage and noise from the washer and dryer running.

The pictures on the web site/expedia make you believe this property has a pool. It does not. The condition of the hotel is pretty good but it also has no parking. I had to call at least twice to get sheets delivered for the pullout bed after I was told to check-in, they would bring them up. The bathroom was also not clean.

Just amazing place to stay in a nice area

Great stay at the Guesthouse. Completely redone rooms, large with fridge and microwave. Our room had two balconies with a nice outlook. Access to all the clubs amenities, pool, fitness center, restaurant, tennis, pickleball, golf. Had great meals at the restaurant, very inviting atmosphere, very quiet as well.
