Beautifull hotel! Food was a little bit cold tho, but other than that excellent hotel, up to date, well thought on decoration, beautifull blue/green paint at bathroom and bedroom. Keep doing great 🤘👌

Amazing all around

Some of the hosts were great, but some were a little rude. Wanted to order new towels for the room, and we had to fetch them from the lobby check in area. A bunch of people were down there for cocktail hour, it was just weird and uncomfortable.

The staff was welcoming and genuinely friendly. I used the lounge and the gym, but I saw the pool, the sauna, and the hot tub. Everything was well maintained and I enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and honestly have always enjoyed the stay. This time the room had standing water - at least six inches - in the tub. The woman at the desk - Monique - said she would have it fixed while we were out for the afternoon. I have been in town recently to help care for my brother who had triple bypass surgery. We left the hotel to go to see him and when we returned several hours later there was still standing water in the tub and the toilet would not flush. Monique was able to get us a new room and let us pack up and move but this was an inconvenience. I have no complaints about Monique. She did everything that she could to help make us comfortable.

The room was very small and didn’t have a chair or somewhere to sit. But the shower was nice and the vanity area was large. There was a king size bed and the air conditioner worked great. It w as c inventions to Ohio State University where I went to a concert and near my friends in the area. The coffee house was convenient. I did not take advantage of the free coffee and breakfast sandwich each morning but I did have a specialty coffee that was really good.
