Parking is by far the biggest perk here. The room was clean and staff was helpful. Pretty good overall.

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the hotel was nice, and the location was excellent (just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf). Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I forgot my ID, but they were able to accommodate us by adding my husband to the reservation, which I really appreciated. We arrived around 7:00 p.m., and the kids still had time to enjoy the warm pool for about an hour. Breakfast was crowded, but there were plenty of delicious options. The only negative was the bell service. After checking out, we left our bags so we could explore the wharf a little longer. The employee handling luggage was rude to another guest who was simply asking a question. When we returned, our bags were unzipped and left open. The employee said, "I don't know who put them in there or why they're open like that," then dropped our bags on the floor. Nothing appeared to be missing, but the interaction felt careless and unprofessional. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. If we stay here again, I would skip using the bell service.

This place is well kept but it’s so so so loud bc of street traffic and it being at a bus stop — the buses talk at each stop for blind riders. There is no in room AC — there are no vents and they simply give you a fan. And you need to keep the windows open. What a total rip off. False advertising about it having AC — which is why I booked it. $600 a night for an old, tiny (but clean) room with no AC and a bathroom the size of a powder room. Thankfully my husband and I are thin or else we would not have fit into the shower!

It was an ok stay. The place is in a good location, the room was spacious and bed large, but there were some significant cons to be aware of. First the walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbour’s conversations, to the point where you will be able to hear them snoring in the night. The bedsheets also smelled like not enough detergent was used. Probably the worst thing however was the heating/cooling box randomly and very noisily turning on every few hours including in the middle of the night disturbing my sleep. Overall, for the price it was ok, but for a little more you can definitely find better options.

The building is old which is not an issue
