Great place and location for what we needed. Restaurant on property was nice. Staff were good about texting us the information. Rooms were good. Morning staff start early in the hall so do not plan on sleeping in late.

Excellent Hotel! Very nice, clean, cozy, and super friendly staff! Great location for Cleveland Clinic and walking distance to each building. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept. The Dove toiletries are great in the bathroom. Only negative was the toilet seat was barely attached and slid around and I had to ask for extra washcloths as I prefer a fresh one daily. Food and drinks (Happy Hour and specials) are nice after a long day at the hospital. Have stayed here twice and am booked again at the end of the month for another hospital visit. Valet parking only is a negative so I use the Cleveland Clinic parking garage for $12/day vs. the $26/day valet only at the hotel. There’s a shuttle to the clinic if needed, but it’s a nice walk if the weather is good.
