Staff was friendly and very responsive. The glass front was missing from the fireplace, but the last visit was a 10.

We were placed in the Laurel room. Super cute, but the day /night we stayed there was a heat wave and the room does not have AC. There were plenty of fans, but being upstairs in a cozy room made it quite uncomfortable. Weather unfortunately cannot be controlled. No fault to the inn, just bad timing. Otherwise it was a close walk to the Carmel plaza and to the beach!! I would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect!! Their staff, especially Omede was very friendly and helpful.

Adorable Inn downtown Carmel, close to everything. Small room but excepted with historic property- I was worried about all the dogs but our room was appointed well and very clean. Cozy lobby. Will definitely return.

Loved it! Wish we had stayed longer here. The view is incredible, the rooms delightful, and the food delicious.
