terrible motel , not safe

Parking is difficult and rooms are in a loud busy section of San Francisco near a bus stop. Bring ear plugs you like to sleep (probably this way in most of the city).

Overall a decent hotel for a few nights stay in SF. Room was small.

Beds were clean but everything else was dusty, old, and stained. Definitely need a renovation soon. Location is prime next to China town. No AC in the room, the ceiling fan works with the light always on and there is no way to keep the light off without turning the fan off. Elevator needs an inspection soon, it felt like it was hanging from a thread. I call the number on file and the one on Google and it took at least 25+ calls to get to someone from the front desk. Expedia advised that check in time is 4p-11p when its actually till 2am. We just needed a place to crash but overall not the best experience. It was a last minute booking so it was kind of expected but dropped the bar significantly
