This is not a complaint it’s observation for a 3 star hotel, there is no daily room makeup even if you asked for. The breakfast buffet stops having food thirty minutes before closure. In general the front desk staff is helpful and nice. The weekend breakfast person wasn’t pleasant talking to her. Overall the hotel is clean. I stayed three nights and begged for make room with multiple staff, just one kind lady who does the make up rooms responded and did it as a gesture although she was told it wasn’t planned to do it. I would still stay in the hotel keeping in mind its 3 stars hotel and service is not that great.

Nice clean room. Enjoyed using the hot tub. Enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. Loved the philanthropy the resort supports.

Very quiet and peaceful place especially if you get a room that overlooks the lake.
