Our two night stay was very good. Hotel was an older renovation but still in good shape. I wish they had free coffee in the lobby. Location was excellent. Parking was good. Bed Very Comfortable and the tv in the footboard worked well.

Hotel was right off highway, easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room Was clean. Lots of places to eat near by and a walmart just down the street if you needed last minute items. We did not have the breakfast ( left very early) good choice for us for the one night.

The room was not very clean. Didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed behind the beds and end table in a long time. Carpet was old and also was not vacuumed next to the walls or furniture. Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson - West Bend
The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on.
