Breakfast wasn’t free

Clean room, but there was a marijuana scent in the hallway of my room that I smelled all night😓. The restaurant and bar were closed, probably because the lack of staff...seems to be the case everywhere these days😥.

Everything was as expected. Clean friendly decent location. Morning breakfast was decent as well.

Was not able to check in system was down and now havig to go through hoops to get my refund

Very noisy when we stayed and a group of kids running around and bending the door early morning 1am.

Overall, it was mediocre for the price. The outside n a lot of the inside, especially the pool area are pretty run down but still usable. There was a time when the pool area was out of towels, we went to the front desk to get some n the front desk guy was *sound asleep*. Even the ding from the bell didn't wake him. The room however was very nice in appearance and seemed clean, however the shower drain left water backed up to our ankles and it was a fight to get more towels unless you were there exactly when housekeeping knocked. We needed an extra pillow and were told there weren't any. The room was not equipped with enough for 4 people on anything, pillows, shampoo, towels, etc. The trash was not changed/emptied once except by us in a 4 day/3 night stay w/1 adult/3 kids and 2 very small trash cans. It was apparent housekeeping never came in unless you were there n asked so we left it in hall. Then, side issue that's not completely the hotels fault. 2 rooms directly across from me and 1 down the same hall with extremely loud/rude guests that they did hardly anything about. Made a complaint via their 'if you need anything text us' without response while at the pool, but made in person complaint that we were told was the 3rd but needed 5 to call PD. I had to call again and 1am n did see/hear a manager speak with them. Called again at 2am (running, screaming, loud music, slamming doors) and I know there were other complaints and nothing. Overall... would not stay again.

The only reason I gave this a four star rating instead of a five star rating was because the menu in the restaurant was less than stellar

Location was good. We were not impressed with the hotel. Our bed linens had blood stains on them which was discussing. The chain lock on our door was broken so we only had the bolt to lock us in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The shower dispenser did not offer shower soap only shampoo & two conditioners. We could smell cigarette smoke throughout our stay coming from a near by smoker. Ok breakfast but not impressed with the condition of our room.
