The hotel is older with some newer updates. My room had a broken window, and smelled a bit musty, but could be due to weather...very wet and rainy. The room was very clean and worked fine for the one night stay. Beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and responsive.

The pool area is closed Mondays & Tuesdays we found out. We also found out more than half of the restaurants were closed also on those days. We were informed of that being typical winter hours but it was a bummer to us especially for the $10 resort daily fees when you don’t use the resort. Please add that in the description for future visitors. The rooms are clean & no microwave! Keep that in mind. The fridge is small but able to hold a few water bottles and soda cans.

Overall the hotel was clean. Restocking of Kleenex, soap etc could have been better. Staff were all great. Nice to have the shuttle available to go to and from airport and Mall of America, where the train/bus station is located. Every shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait long for a ride. Breakfast was the usual but always a nice option. Coffee and tea were always available.
