The hotel has a strong odor of chlorine which we thought initially was because of the pool, but as we were walking the hallways we could tell it was mixed with a strong musty smell. We were on the 4th floor and we couldn’t smell it there. On our 3rd night we noticed lots of mold (that was black) near our window in our room. We were leaving the next day and my husband asked for tape to contain it. They brought painters tape. I showed pictures of it to the front desk and she seemed shocked but did nothing to compensate us. It was disappointing.

Breakfast was not to good, very limited. A C was great.

Timer on Fridge was frustrating. Not sure if it is a safety issue or to cut overhead costs. Not a fan of having to recool over and over and don't see why someone even thought that was a good idea. Staff Friendly, they did good even when you could tell they were short staffed. The window was missing a latch at the bottom which made it sound like it was part way open and road noise seemed pretty loud at times, but not a deal breaker. Parking was good. Location was easy to find and close to food, gas, etc, Thank you

This place was dirty, old and the bed made so much noise if you moved it woke anyone sleeping in the room with you. Definitely not up to the Quality Inns I have stayed in before.the potholes were so deep in the parking lot I had to get my tire checked and fixed after hitting it at the wrong angle ☹️ Would not recommend, unless you are solely booing on price alone

I rented this via a website and it auto adjusted the date because it was sold out for my pre selected date. The website AUTO corrected the date. I reached out to the facility to have them refund or adjust the date and upon several emails ZERO RESPONSE! They have ignored all efforts to refund my money due to a system auto date adjustment to a date I didnt need. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION/STAFF IS NON RESPONSIVE
