The air conditioning was not working in the lobby, hallways, elevator or common areas. The ‘gym’ workout room was out of order. The pool was filthy. We had to replace our room keys at least 6-7 times because they did not work. The flooring on the third floor was broken and sticking up causing a major tripping hazard. The ice maker did not work. I asked about the air condition and ice maker and was told by the ‘manager’ that I better not complain! This place was really awful! Check in was a fiasco, I had to contact Choice Hotel customer care and they filed a complaint with upper management.

My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking the hotel. I got no phone call. No offer of another property. Just an email the day of arrival that it was cancelled. When I called the hotel. I was told they were sold out and he was only an employee and could not help

We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true loss. They don't make places like this anymore - it has the potential to be a treasure but feels like it has been forgotten.

McDonald’s is next door and it is not far from NFL Hall Of Fame. Enjoyed our stay and do recommend staying here Nice pool
