Modesto Vacation Packages

very expensive for a small room

Fabulous place - very quaint, nice rooms, pretty grounds, wine & cheese happy hour, conveniently located and walkable to a number of restaurants. Very nice breakfast. Close enough to Napa to easily get to tours etc, but out of the busyness.

Driving to the property the area surrounding it is extremely trashy and run down. The staff were all helpful answering questions and smooth process checking in. At first glance the room looks very clean but I found hair under my blankets, the shower was dirty, and there was some pills in the AC. There isn't much space to put your stuff down and no chair in the room to do your makeup. When we checked out that was also an easy process and we stood outside waiting for the Uber and a mouse ran across the parking lot from the hotel.
