Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.

We’ve stayed at the Hancock many times. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The town of Findlay is a great place to visit for small shops and restaurants
