Their rooms are always clean and great amenities! The staff is unlike no other. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door, and if you're a person who stays often like myself, they remember you by name. It's why every time I'm in town, I will be staying here.

If you are on the third level park in the back next to the second level entrance!! We needed towels the second day and the cleaners were very nice to give me more and an extra blanket!!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The only problem that I had was the spa. It was not as clean or luxurious as a highly rated spa should be. The showers and locker rooms were very old and not sparkly clean. There were no staff to help you unless you actively searched for help. Overall the staff at the front desk, the restaurant and the spa were Not friendly and helpful.

Just only 4 pm can check in. 😞
