The check in process was quite difficult. We were in line for 30 mins customers were cutting in line and other guests were upset. The line was through the building. They needed more staff to accommodate the check in rush! Other than that everything else was good.

Great place. Close to the highway, but not noisy. Good breakfast. Great beds. Same exit as Birch Run Outlets. Staff very friendly and helpfull

Comfort Inn Bay City - Riverfront
Had to go to front desk for a tv guide none in the room I had to take pajamas off . Then I had to go down a second time to tell them the remote volume did not work and could not do any thing about it . For the price I will stay somewhere else next time when we stay in bay city .

Comfort Inn Birch Run - Frankenmuth
Stayed here for one night only, but they have done several updates and the room was great. Breakfast was good also. Close proximity to Frankenmuth and right near downtown Birch Run and all the shops! I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff but the ground room floors smelt heavily of smoke . We also detected a very heavy odor of marijuana. Staff was very good at addressing it. The patrons were removed

Waited for 20 minutes for yogurt and bananas to be restocked. Not a huge problem but thought it was a bit long. Microwave door broken in room. Handle to room broken. The worst—- Feces left in the toilet. That tells you the room was NOT cleaned. The worst Marriott I have stayed at. Very disappointed ...
