Booked this hotel happy for it to be pet friendly. However, we were NOT expecting a long term living facility with multiple loose dogs running around. The smoking spot was at the end of the building where there were many people hanging out, 20 or so "residents". You don't see any of this at first because the office is at the opposite end. Which was clean and inviting. But once the curtain is pulled, the reality of the place was visible. Maybe if they could split off the long term people from the people who just want a place to rest, they'd have happier customers. Unfortunately, we were not one of them. And seeing as how our room was at the end, right next to the outside smoking area, we couldn't stay. Our dog was mortified. Relaxation was NOT about to happen there with fights outside, police presence(mentioned in other reviews too), speakers blaring, dogs barking, glass in the parking lot and more. I was happy with the response of the receptionist once he realized we were leaving. But he did follow me back to my room(at the other end of the building remind you), there he said he'd call his manager and see about a refund for the 2nd night. We still ended up paying for those few hours when we got there. So there's the reason for our low rating- Cleanliness: 2/5 Noise: 0/5 Location: 1.5/5 Service: 2/5 Overall: 2/5

Clean but nothing special.

Good value for money, clean well looked after property!

This was a GREAT hotel! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was amazing! Clean, quiet, and modern. I wish we stayed longer. We will come back here for sure.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and coffee was hot.

For the price .. it was a great deal.
