Great service

The self parking was the attraction of booking here - being able to leave the car and walk into the city centre was a real plus and if you don't fancy the walk, there's no shortage of (self driving) taxis... The room was really comfortable with two good sized beds and a decent bathroom with powerful shower - towels changed every day. Having a small refrigerator and coffee machine, an effective aircon unit, and decent bedside reading lamps made it a very comfortable stay - and the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was helpful and welcoming. What was surprising was how quiet it was - we could hardly hear any road or city noise during our stay. We'd definitely stay here agin when visiting central SFO.

The room was very dirty, well below industry standard. (Floors, tub, sink with visible dirt and debris) Mr Patel, the manager was dismissive when shown the conditions and offered no assistance; Parking availability was misrepresented in the listing we used to chose this hotel over others. “First come/ first served” was told to us after check-in; We were informed the property was fully booked and there were not enough parking spaces for all guests; he said if we leave we would likely have to park on the street. We checked out without staying overnight.
