Was not able to check in system was down and now havig to go through hoops to get my refund

The beds were clean and the staff were very nice. That’s all I can say positive about this property. The hot tub had a nasty thick ring around the top, the pool water was so cloudy there was no way to see the bottom, and the chemicals were so strong they were burning our eyes. The concrete around the pool was not clean and the ceiling vents needed to be cleaned. Most surfaces had some rust showing. The halls smelled heavily of a perfumed spray. The breakfast area was a mess the next morning with fruit flies around all the foods. Overall, I can say without a doubt that my family and I will not be staying there again.

Clean room, but there was a marijuana scent in the hallway of my room that I smelled all night😓. The restaurant and bar were closed, probably because the lack of staff...seems to be the case everywhere these days😥.

The room was plenty big & clean. The staff was very nice and friendly

They have an evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The restaurant serves good food. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Tiny pool and really nice gym.

I don’t often leave reviews, but this place deserves praise. A lot of times budget hotels leave a lot to be desired. This o e was very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good job.

We rented a room for four people and was only given two towels we asked for more and was told that is against hotel policy , house keeping didn't make the beds , sweep the floors and our outlets in the bathroom didn't work we rented a room through the same place last year and everything was excellent I do not know exactly what had happened but this was a terrible experience on our behalf and we will not be booking with them again

The staff was not helpful, charged me another night even tho i paid up front from 7/1/26-7/10/26. I fo not recommend this place.
