Nice property to stay at, large rooms, good breakfast. Pleasant staff ! They do need to either clean hall rugs or replace. ,

It took almost 40 minutes to find someone to check us in. Then when we got to our room both the sink and tub in the bathroom were backed up and full of hair and water that didn't belong to us. The room itself was pretty but the tub and sink shouldn't have had sitting water in them, it made me question how much the housekeeping actually cleaned between customers renting the property.

Non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Very basic.

First night was a disaster. Our room was in a corner where there are 4 other rooms. Those 3 other doors were slamming starting at 5am - this hotel does not have a soft-closing mechanism. Poor service - I requested firm pillows. They brought the same unlofty pillows. There was something wrong with the TV - the maintenance person never showed up. Day of check out - at 9:30am while I was still sleeping, housekeeping was banging on the door asking what time I’m checking out!!! The worst IHG experience I’ve ever had

The whole place was very run down. And on the10th of August I had an unauthorised 90.00 charge on my debit card from this hotel. We stayed there on the 6th. Beware
