I decided to stay at The Roost instead of the Hilton because I was attending a conference at the Cleveland Huntington Convention Center, and I'm so glad I did. It was only about a 9-minute walk to the convention center and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and attractions downtown. One evening I had dinner at a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant nearby that I absolutely loved, and it was great being able to explore the area on foot. The biggest surprise, though, was the accommodation itself. For the price, I couldn't believe I was getting a spacious two-bedroom apartment! It completely exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and even had three TVs, which made me smile. I did get a little lost trying to find my room at first, but that was on me—I hadn't realized the property has two entrances. Once I figured that out, everything was easy. The kitchen was another highlight. It was fully equipped with brand-new appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware. They even provided whole coffee beans and an electric grinder so you could grind the beans fresh before brewing your coffee. As a coffee lover, I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They answered my questions, helped me when I got turned around, and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay at The Roost again and highly recommend it to anyone visitin

Hotel Indigo Cleveland is a perfect base for urban exploration, situated within easy walking distance of many of Cleveland's highlights. If you're attending an event at the arena or catching a game at the ballpark, I'm not sure there's a better-located option. The front desk area is quite small, so even a modest rush of arrivals can quickly lead to lines. In my limited interactions, however, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms themselves were a bit uninspiring, dark, generic, and somewhat cookie-cutter in design. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and featured the now-standard pillow menu. The air conditioning was excellent and could get as cold as you'd like, which is always a major selling point for me. The bathroom felt surprisingly cramped for a room that otherwise had space to spare. Another design flaw is that the shower controls are located directly beneath the shower head and behind the glass door, meaning you'll inevitably get blasted with cold water while turning it on. One of the two elevators was under construction during my stay, which resulted in long waits, though that's obviously a temporary issue. Overall, this is a sensible choice, particularly if, like me, you plan on spending most of your time exploring Cleveland rather than sitting in your hotel room.

Enjoyable stay, friendly staff, good breakfast. Convenient to Convention Center and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Valet parking was a bit expensive at $60 a night though.

Everything was great and enjoyable except your night clerk she wasn't as pleasant maybe she was just having a bad night,but me as a manager of a business don't like when employees have negative conversations about a guest to another guest its not professional but in all a great place to stay and will recommend this hotel

although the room was decently clean, the hallways stunk, & i was lied to about the deposit, and the amenities. wifi didn’t work, no complementary breakfast & was told by staff the site “lies”. It is false advertising, and will not stay with travel lodge or suggest it anyone i know.
