Very disappointing stay. The property was advertised as a hotel but was actually an Airbnb-style rental. The surrounding neighborhood felt rundown, and there was a strong chemical odor coming from a neighboring facility. The property had several safety and maintenance issues, including an unsecured living-room window, damaged flooring that made an upstairs room unusable, and door locks that frequently failed to work properly. The property also appeared poorly cleaned, with significant dust and unfinished areas around the bathroom. Although there were some attractive decorative touches, the overall experience felt more like appearances than quality or functionality. Privacy was another concern. Despite having a noon checkout, a cleaner entered the property multiple times while we were still packing, even after we clearly explained our checkout time. Overall, the combination of safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and privacy issues made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and recommend that potential guests carefully consider these concerns before booking.

The communication was phenomenal! Host reached out to us prior to check-in to ensure we had received access and parking information to the property, then again after check-in time, to confirm everything was to our liking and we had no needs. Great customer service! The location neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful & walkable. Finally, the home was just lovely. Very clean, comfortable & bright. The live plants were also a lovely addition (they are very happy). Home has lots of stairs, so just be prepared, in case that is an issue. Highly recommend!

Love the decor and location!

Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. Noticed only one set of accessible stairs to get to the upstairs units. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having kitchen/cooking items available to us. Parking was free and convenient. Unit was very clean, and hosts were great. Thank you!

Clean rooms with plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Convenient, walkable and quiet neighborhood near a lot of restaurants and shops.
