Short staff as took a long time to get checked in about 20-25 min. Room was clean and ready when we checked in. The toilet had issues and was late at night and we were tired so did not tell then till we checked out, did not seam to concerned but I later received a email letting me know they were taking care of the issue. Breakfast was as per all morning breakfast free with stay, the meal was standard scrambled eggs, sausage patties, gravy and biscuits also had yogurt and pasty, cereal and fruit, waffles . Water, hot coffee and orange juice was nice and cold was filling The bartender was very nice and attentive to our needs dinner was great flavor and hot very good.

The only good thing about this property is the convenience of the free boat slips. The rooms are old and in need of upgrades, there is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, did not provide enough towels in the room. The food at the restaurant and bar was horrible, tastes like frozen food and the front desk staff was extremely rude especially Marissa. We had miscommunication about the boat parking as it was our first time visiting this hotel and instead of trying to be accommodating or helpful she was extremely rude and had an attitude and made comments like “the people that can afford it” to paying customers .This “resort” is already overpriced and charges resort fees they need to do some customer service training with their front desk staff and invest in better food for their pricing.

Full kitchen was amazing outside grill was convenient also

2 bedroom was stocked nicely with everything we needed, and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing, and the travel time to the lake was minutes away. We will be returning when it is not 113 degrees outside

Please be aware that there is no elevator, which makes it hard to carry luggage. The breakfast was a 2 out of 10; they have cereal and hard-boiled eggs. The 2 bed rooms are somewhat divided by half a wall. Only one side has an AC unit and that is the only side that feels the cold air.
