The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking and good breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable- it was a good choice for us coming to town to pick up our new boat.

Studio 6 Suites Lake Havasu City, AZ
Place is a mess. Only upgrade was floor. Blinds falling, drawer bottom missing. Coffee cup had a beer cap in it. Pictures make it look nice but it’s not. Staff was very nice.

Rooms are very dirty...free breakfast was terrible...towels in the rooms were dirty went to front desk to ask for a new towel and was told they had none....parking lot is crumbling....premises was dirty with trash and cigarette buds everywhere...
