Super cool historic building. rooms are clean and spacious. My only gripe was that the bathroom light was on a motion sensor. That's fine during the day, but if you wake up at the middle of the night it's VERY unpleasant to have no option but to be blinded by the light. Anyway, I'd stay here again. Also the elevators are insanely fast. So fast, that I thought it prudent to note in the review.

Very clean! Great neighborhood

Very nice and interesting looking place. Convenient location, larger than expected.

I thought this place had a bunch of good reviews but I'm not really sure where they came from. Normally I just write good reviews when places outperform but this place is not somewhere I'd put my worst enemy. The room was fine, with a kitchen and living area but it was just one of the most dangerous neighborhoods I've seen, with guys smoking whatever right next door to the front door. The check-in/check-out process was poor, to say the least, and they tried to get me to buy a damage deposit waiver, which I've never heard of for a hotel. And then there were small things, like the toilet seat needs to be replaced. The floors weren't that clean, You open a closet and there's all kinds of junk in it. all in all it was just a very weird experience. I would not recommend.

The location was really fantastic - very convenient to restaurants and convention center, and it's right along the main strip for the college students.

We really loved the place. Location was great. Only a short walk to High Street. Communication from the property staff was so welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by it. The property was so fun. The old wooden floors, exposed brick walls, cozy back porch, and the unique decor made it a really enjoyable place to stay. And not having to clean the entire place before we checked out was such a relief and greatly appreciated. Enjoyed our stay from start to finish, would definitely go back!!
