My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt.
There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.

The hotel was nice in general, but it has an old scent. We lost something in the room and the hotel staff was very slow in helping us. We had to threaten to leave a bad review for them to offer monetary compensation for the lost item, which they ended up doing.
