Wish they had continental breakfast and no luggage cart was available at arrival but other than that great experience everyone very kind thank you

We had a good experience at the Hilton Garden Inn check in was smooth, the staff was friendly. For the most part the property was well kept and clean. The staff informed us at the time of arrival, there was a marathon on Sunday (the day we were to check out) and the city roads would be blocked from 5:30am until 12:00pm. If we needed to depart prior to noon we would need to do so prior to 5:30am. This was a surprise to us, had we known this prior to booking we would have chosen a different location or hotel. This certainly added stress to our stay. We had a 10 hour road trip planned for Sunday and could NOT wait until 12:00pm to leave. Unfortunately we were forced to leave much earlier than originally plan. Also, we stayed on the 10th floor. We cannot speak for the other floors, but the carpeting in the room (1011) had a foul odor. In our opinion the carpeting should be replaced with laminate.

Staff was very friendly and efficient complimentary breakfast area nice and clean very quiet it was a weekend and it was nice.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
