The room was reasonably clean, however the shower had nowhere to place a bar of soap, no ironing board, and no face towels. The male front desk staff member was extremely disrespectful when asked to explain items on a requested invoice for a collected deposit. He seemed very angry for no known reason and, consequently, would not consider returning again.

I stayed here for a concert last weekend, and so did every other concertgoer! We had a massive line to check in to the hotel, like a Vegas-sized line. It took an hour to get through; they ran out of Aperol at the bar, and the bartender was very rude. I suggest the hotel be prepared for days they are fully booked for local events and check people in on iPads in line to ease the wait time, like an In-N-Out drive-through style. Or beef up the staffing! The room was decent, but the building is dated and looks like they cheaply remodeled. The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to use it.

The hotel itself is kept up well and a nice atmosphere. The only thing that that made me upset with this property and ruined our stay ( no fault to the property itself on what happened but on how it was dealt with) is when we where in the pool and somebody decided to poop in the pool. it was deff a adult i saw it for myself as i was in the water. i would think the property would empty the pool, clean it and refill it but nope i was wrong. they just removed the poop add chemicals and reopened it later on. we couldn't bring ourselves to go back in. Do better Margaritaville on protecting others health even at the cost to you on cleaning it properly.
