We had the full ocean view room and to hesr the ocean in the night was so relaxing.

Beautiful views. Convenient walk to the beach. My son was bummed that the kids slide/play place was gone.

Thproughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House - we'll definitely be back.
Stayed in the Aloha Mahalo room on 3rd floor which has a great ocean view and private balcony with comfortable patio furniture. The hotel was quiet, had private parking and was close to the beach, pier, dining and shops. Staff was polite and friendly.
The king size bed was very comfortable, the room has a nice gas fireplace plus a convenient kitchenette with large refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. The room exceeded our expectations and made our Pismo stay memorable.
Note: Bathroom has limited counterspace

Location is gorgeous and our time around the fire pits was priceless. Wished cow tipper had longer hours. Walkable eateries are limited.

It was cute but the shower and bathroom were so old; the shower didn’t work properly. It was not what I expected from the pictures and the price of over $500.

Enjoyed a nice weekend stay. Our room was quiet and well located. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Finishes in the bathroom were starting to show wear. We had to run the AC the whole time we were there to keep the room cool. Appreciated having the market nearby - had pizza one night and coffee one morning there.
