After a nice trip to the theatre and on return to the hotel to have a night cap only to find that the bar was closed and although bar staff were still in attendance the reception staff advised us that they wouldnt allow us to take a bottle of wine to our room and book it to our room.

For the price i expected better: Paid for the lounge access as part of the room, but they did not load it onto the card, had to ask, so if course wasn't introduced to where it was. No introduction on where to get breakfast. The room card would stop working every night so have to back to reception ...

Great location, great value for a hotel with a pool and gym and steam room and sauna. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was great. Will stay here everytime I visit Plymouth.
