During my stay at lions gate my husband and I were relaxing in our bed when we had a massive roach run across us on the bed. Immediately I freaked out and promptly he got up and proceeded to trap it in a disposable paper cup which he then covered the top with a plastic bag so that he could take it down to the office and inform the woman at the front desk about our room appearing to show signs of roach infestation. Meanwhile I immediately started packing up all our belongings to get us and our belongings out of that room as swiftly as I possibly could with hopes that we wouldn't be finding any unwanted roach stowaways amongst our belongings especially our clothing after our very early and unpleasant departure from our stay at the lions gate hotel. Now back to my husband, Apparently when he had gone into the office to talk to management he found nobody manning the front desk, which is exactly how we had found it earlier that evening when we had arrived to check in, completely empty and having to search and wait for someone to finally be able to accommodate us. So after he had to practically find a woman from management himself he showed her what he had brought from our room and explained to her the situation and how upsetting this was to us and she did apologize for the discomfort and the inconvenience that was brought upon us and she said that because of this that she would be crediting us a full refund for our stay and another help accommodate us however else she could.
