This hotel/motel was nice. Clean. The restaurant was okay - breakfast is not free and was $18pp but the food was only about what you'd get for free at a Holiday Inn so not impressed with that. Water pressure was awful. Very low.

The breakfast was very good and the heat in the room worked well. No complaints at all. My only suggestion is the coffee. I used up my packets for the coffee maker in the room and I could not find any coffee available in the lobby. As an early riser and a coffee drinker I did miss not having coffee. ...

I stayed for two nights for a KU football game since Lawrence was sold out. It was an easy drive to and from Lawrence. Also the morning of the game the breakfast was filled with all KU fans going to the game. "ROCKCHALK"
