It's a really nice clean hotel with a friendly staff all at a reasonable price. The only issue we have seen in the 2 times we stayed here was the landscaping/grass needs attention.

Woodspring Suites Waco South
Room was basic. Tiny bottle of shampoo. Room felt humid. Were there for one day. Mikaela, the desk clerk, was friendly and quickly checked us in. The room was clean. Room had a refrigerator and stove top. Location is a plus. Near Cinemark and Main Event.

We had to be moved due to a dead bug under the covers. The new room had broken tiles in the bathroom. Beds were in bad shape.
