I reserved and paid for a one-bedroom king suite, but upon arrival I was given a king studio suite instead. Since the one-bedroom suite was the reason I chose this reservation, I was disappointed to receive a lower room category without any rate adjustment. When I asked about the change, Nikki explained that no one-bedroom suites were available. Had I been informed of that beforehand, I would not have paid the higher rate, as I specifically wanted a separate bedroom with a door rather than an open-concept studio. I also reported that the refrigerator in the room was not working at all, which was never resolved during my stay.

Wouldn't stay here again. Room had an odd smell, bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Breakfast was as expected however the staff was not taking care of the trash and it was overflowing.

Be nice if breakfast was available like most Marriott propertied
