Getting the room location and accommodation pictured on the site. We felt very deceived by advertisement especially for a price we believed was an upgrade from other offerings. However after complaining at front desk they cooperated with giving us another room location. But not on our original requested location. Expedia confirmed the availability of our requested room location. If Expedia is unable to guarantee the availability location and expected acccomodations then they should not charge the rates or fees associated with the reservation until customer actually checks in and inspection can be made by the customer at the facility. Possibly a returnable deposit would be a solution to that problem. We are sure we’re not the first to make identical complaints. This price grab by expedia has further resulted in the facility also charging us again for the room change that they made for us. It was explained that expedia being a third party agency the facility could not accommodate us with the room we paid in confirmation that third party (expedia). We therefore we out out of monies charged and given to original booked room (expedia) for hat we didn’t use. The facility charged separately for the room we stayed in. We purchased insurance we believe covers this mishap and ask that Expedia return those monies and charges to our account. ASAP as we as a response regarding this issue. We are relaying on the advertised positive reputation of the company to follow through J.W.

Room was not cleaned. Coffee stains on the countertops, wet towels , make up stains in the bathroom countertops. Went up to the counter and had them bring up clean sheets and towels. I changed the sheets myself and the towels too. Also there was a bug on the “clean sheets” that were brought in I had to make sure it wasn’t a bed bug before using them. Crazy that I have to do all that on a supposedly clean room.

The hotel had some carpet rippling up and some torn open. There was someone elses hair left inside the bathtub. I did like the free washers and dryers. I did not like having to pay for parking at a Hotel that I just paid alot of money for, especially when cars are broken into out front ! I also wonder if the stripped out car up on blocks at the end of the parking lot had to pay for parking. They also put me in a room right next to the freeway and train tracks which of course was very noisy all night and I barely got any sleep ! I asked to move and the manager would not get another room for me. I will never stay there again !

Great location! Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very nice and suggested some great activities. Would recommend and stay again
