Bad area, people sleeping on the ground right outside the hotel. No coffee maker in the room or even in the (non-existent) lobby. Shower temperature lukewarm. Super loud because the hallways are not carpeted and restaurant next door plays loud music. I am surprised this level of hotel is on this site. The only nice thing is the man who works there was friendly but he was not especially helpful.

Loved that this hotel was walking distance from everything!

The property looks unsafe. Room was dirty. Bad maintenance. Smell bad. Bad place to go. I don’t recommend that hotel. Is really bad.

The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. They were helpful when I had any questions, or requests. My biggest let down was with our room getting cleaned. We checked in Sunday night and checked out Wednesday morning. Our room did not get cleaned one time. We were gone a majority of the day, and feel there was ample time to have had the room cleaned on both Monday and Tuesday.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My family and I planned to spend a relaxing week here, but the experience was nothing like what was advertised. The room had a strong unpleasant odor from the moment we arrived, making it very uncomfortable to stay. We specifically expected an ocean view, but the room we received did not have one. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room even more unbearable. We chose this hotel for a family vacation, expecting the amenities and quality that were promised, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Very disappointing experience.

The property smells really good and everyone was nice and helpful!! Definitely stay there again!!

Reeked of cigarettes and mold, smoke alarm had been removed, bathroom window wouldn’t close, blinds were broken…there is no manager onsite…the TV wouldn’t work…so far they have been uncooperative when I asked for a refund because of the dingy and unsafe conditions. The insurance I paid for is also completely unhelpful. Because of this, I couldn’t even afford to get a new motel. Do NOT stay at this motel.

Air conditioning worked well.
