After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.

Loved this place. The only thing was the mini fridge is in a cabinet. Really hard to open and close. Got up next morning And the door hadn't been shut right so everything had to be tossed. Other than that everything was great.

It've stayed here before. The staff, including Paula, are wonderful. This hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel itself could use a refresh. Can't beat the price and location.

The front desk staff didn’t give any information on parking and the details required. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixtures were broken, the toilet seat was wobbly and the AC/Fan made an awful noise when it would turn on or off. It sounded like a bird running into the window!

Very clean and nice room, quiet and close to where I needed to be. Great room for the price. If I find myself in Columbus again I will definitely try to stay here again

The check-in process was super easy, and communication with the property managers was great. However, we were pretty disappointed with the property itself. The listing showed photos of multiple Jungle House properties rather than the specific one we booked. We ended up staying in a much smaller building labeled “D” behind the main house, which we weren't expecting based on the photos. There were gnats inside, stains on the bathroom ceiling, and the shower tiles were coming apart just from walking on them. The kitchen sink's garbage disposal was clogged and didn't work at all. The living room couch was rock solid and uncomfortable, and neither of the two upstairs bedrooms had TVs. We also booked the stay for a birthday and thought there might be birthday extras or a late checkout option mentioned in the listing, but nothing additional was provided. Overall, communication and check-in were great, but the property was not what we expected. More accurate photos of the specific unit and some much-needed maintenance would have made a big difference.

The check out with no rules - just leave is awesome! Very simple
