The room was clean and the hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient. A few items that would improve the guest experience: • No shower towels were provided in the room. • The room lights did not work. The power strips also appeared non-functional, so it may have been an electrical issue. • The hair dryer performed poorly—it drew a lot of power but produced very little airflow. These are straightforward fixes that would make the stay more comfortable. Overall the location is a strong point, and addressing the above details would help future guests have a smoother experience.

Nice property and staff was nice, will visit again in the future

This was a great Little place within walking distance of the convention center where we went everyday. I love how close it was to downtown and all the stuff we like to do there. It's a really neat historical building and the rooms are beautiful.

Bed sheets and floor in the room were stained. Toilet seat was far past replacing, worn and chipped. Shower was stained and didn’t feel clean. Towels were tough and tiny. Every machine in the fitness center was out of order and unusable.

I didn’t even stay. I forfeited the cost of the room. It was old and dirty and run down. The highway noise was loud. People were smoking right outside my room and it stunk. I simply didn’t feel comfortable there.

First time here. So unbelievably impressed. From our welcome at the front desk, to our gentleman serving breakfast, to the kind staff at the desk when we checked out. Wow. I was there for my son’s basketball tournament weekend. Best bed and pillows. Exceptional staff. Thank You!
